For champion performance, every athlete needs to know how to quiet the mind. This three hour workshop will provide a foundation for starting a regular meditation practice. Meditation enhances all areas of life and is a must for staying calm and clear during competition. Meditation does not conflict with any religion nor does it require any prerequisites to begin a daily practice.
